Fitness Fridays with Jag Cheer

Event Description
The hardest thing about exercise is to start doing it. Once you are doing exercise regularly, the hardest thing is to stop it. As the UHV cheer team we would like to encourage everyone to have a healthier happier life while in college and outside of college. Please come and join us in JAGUAR SUITES (2ND FLOOR) while we host:

FIT, FIRM, FABULOUS – An aerobic workout interlaced with resistance work and combined with fast walking and jogging. Who says working out can’t be fun? Class ends with stretching.

STEP, STRETCH & STRENGTHEN – End your day with interval training using a step to challenge your heart alternated with resistance training using weights and bands. Class ends with stretching.

FLOOR-CORE & MORE – Rev up your morning with floor exercises using free weights and resistance bands. Weeks are alternated with an upper body workout one week and lower body the next. Improve and target the deep postural muscles within the body.

And many other types of workouts!!!
