This month’s discussion: In today’s world, change happens at hyper-speed due to rapid technological
innovation and ever-increasing social interconnection. And yet, a healthy leadership culture still
revolves around the time-honored quality of relational trust. Indeed, a leader’s ability to
establish trust across generations may be more important than ever. To stay relevant in an
evolving world, leaders must empower the next generation to make choices about the creative
future of the organization. At the same time, the faster an organization moves, the more
important it becomes to align pivotal decisions with the company’s past (its heritage and core values).
Hosted by UHV SBDC & Victoria Chamber of Commerce. Attendees of the Chick-fil-A Leadercast 2012 Victoria have expressed a desire to continue in their personal leadership growth. Each month, from 12 to 1, the Brown Bag Lunch and Leadership will explore leadership issues and help to foster personal leadership growth.
